Woodstock farmers’ market
by Camilla - foodaroundblog
In the small and beautiful town of Woodstock, in the north-west of Oxford, the Farmers’ Market is held the 1st Saturday of every month in the market square. Fresh and organic food from local farms with an average of 12 stalls. Just what you need: fresh bread, vegetables, meat, cheese and eggs.
Just beyond the market place, along the road that winds through cottages covered with wisteria, opens the square that leads to the beautiful Blenheim Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where Winston Churchill was born in 1874.
